HOW TO COLLECT GOOD TO TREAT?
Surprise Bags are collected in-store within the time window shown in the item listing in the Good To Treat app. When you show the app and swipe the in-app slider as proof of your reservation, the store staff will hand you your Surprise Bag.

Step Two
Pick a Good to Treat bag, reserve it in the app, and pay securely in seconds.
Step Three
Head to the store during the pickup window, show your app, and collect your bag.
Step Four
Enjoy great food for less — and know you've helped keep good food from going to waste.
Ask-a-Friend Feature
It is now possible to delegate pick-up of your Surprise Bag to someone else. Thanks to the 'Ask-a-Friend' feature in the Good To Treat app, someone else can now collect your order for you.
Good To Treat Parcels Delivery
With the Good To Treat app you can now also order (larger) Parcels of perfectly good surplus food from manufacturers or wholesalers, delivered directly to your home or a preferred pick-up point in your local area.
